Job description:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success etc) to provide development updates and highlight technical tradeoffs, details, shortcomings

• Take customer-facing calls to facilitate developer involvement for product integration/troubleshooting/enhancements

• Track daily activities and progress of the development team.

• Participate in key architectural design decisions for scalability, performance and security

• Understand the value of Open Source and Platforms. Provide suggestions to minimize timeline as well as ensure high systemic qualities

• Work closely with the technical leads to optimize the team’s workflow processes.

• Actively participate in Sprint planning, ensure proper closure of previous sprints and retrospectives

• Provide active mentorship and career coaching to junior developers

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively and timely across the organization.

• 5+ years’ experience in managing and leading development teams.

• BS/ MS degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
