Sales Development Representative

The ideal candidate needs to be an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to the targeted inbound as well as outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 

Specifically, this role involves engaging with prospective customers to provide timely information and establish meetings for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Represent our products, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet the needs

  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales specialists

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward

  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university

  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with public speaking experience a plus

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales industry
