Marketing Operations Manager is a technical and strategic role to manage the marketing and sales technical stack, manage external integrations and UX to optimize use by a busy marketing department. This role teams with marketing, product, development, and customer success departments to help ensure data quality and update systems as new programs require it while ensuring complete continuity and a great, internal user experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze complex marketing data using statistical techniques to derive insights and recommend strategies for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data requirements, analytical methods, and reporting standards.
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
  • Utilize predictive modeling and data analysis to forecast marketing performance and better budget allocation decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the marketing and sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of statistical techniques and their application in marketing contexts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • CRM customization and management experience are required. Zoho experience is a huge plus.
  • A strong technical player with extreme attention to detail and self-testing
  • Sales or lead generation experience preferred
