Responsibilities 

• Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its scrum adoption, removing barriers between stakeholders and scrum teams
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Facilitate product owners and development team to maintain and refine product backlogs and new requests, and effective product goal definition
• Helps the organization implement changes effectively emphasizing scrum practices adherence to achieve product goal
• Causing the removal of impediments to the scrum team’s progress
• Ensuring that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox

Requirements and skills

• 4-5 years of experience in a scrum master role
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or similar field
• Scrum master certification is a plus
• Familiarity with software development/agile methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts 
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
