Position Overview:
As a Sales Operations Specialist at 7Vals, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, improving sales team performance, helping to visualize important sales data, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. You will be responsible for enabling a team of sales professionals, analyzing data, implementing strategies, and driving initiatives that support our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Optimization:
- Evaluate, streamline, and document the end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sales workflows.
- Develop and implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools and CRM systems to provide insights into sales performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review and revenue team visibility.
- Identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for sales team optimization.
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives on tools and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence.
Forecasting and Planning:
- Work with the sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to support sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales and other teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales operations
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems (Hubspot will be a plus).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience, including managing a team of professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
