Key Responsibilities

  1. Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content across a variety of platforms including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and case studies.
  2. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop messaging that aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
  3. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor content to inform strategy and messaging.
  4. Optimize content for SEO and user experience to increase traffic and engagement.
  5. Maintain and contribute to the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
  6. Adapt complex product and technical information into user-friendly, customer-focused messaging.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  2. 0–2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  3. Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, or marketing copy.
  4. Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.

Skills

  1. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  2. Ability to simplify technical or complex topics for general audiences.
  3. Strong research capabilities and attention to detail.
  4. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or HubSpot.
  5. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  1. Experience in SaaS or B2B technology content creation.
  2. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Grammarly.
  3. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or design tools like Canva or Figma.
