About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in managing paid media, analyzing performance data, and assisting with key marketing initiatives focused on B2B growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working with numbers, and detail oriented, when it comes to understanding the requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid campaigns, primarily across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Support A/B testing efforts for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and assist in on-page SEO optimization
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate implementation of marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, especially performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of paid media, SEO, or social media marketing
  • Comfortable working with data and interpreting performance metrics
    Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Ability to listen, understand instructions, and deliver on expectations
  • Awareness of the differences between B2B and B2C marketing is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
