Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partner Relations Associate to support our growing partner ecosystem, including resellers, referral partners, and technology integration partners. As a key member of the Partnerships team, you will assist in onboarding new partners, supporting day-to-day partner communications, maintaining internal documentation, and coordinating enablement and co-marketing activities.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow in partner management or SaaS business development while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Support & Communication

  • Serve as a first-line contact for operational partner inquiries.
  • Coordinate regular check-ins, follow-ups, and updates with partners.
  • Support relationship-building efforts by ensuring timely responses and smooth communication.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, and leadership).
     

Onboarding & Enablement

  • Assist with the onboarding of new partners by providing documentation, training materials, and access to internal systems.
  • Maintain and update partner onboarding resources and process documentation.
    Support training sessions, webinars, and workshops for partner enablement.
     

Operational Coordination

  • Track partner activity and performance data (leads, opportunities, deal registrations).
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for internal and partner use.
  • Maintain internal partner directories, records, and CRM entries.

Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track and optimize partner performance through reporting and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure timely follow-up and support on partner-generated leads.

Program Development

  • Contribute to the evolution of partner programs, incentives, and processes.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach and platform integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with partner program requirements, contracts, and processes.

Marketing & Program Support

  • Coordinate with marketing to support co-branded campaigns, partner spotlights, and content distribution.
  • Help manage partner newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Support events and webinars in collaboration with marketing and partner teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in partnerships, sales support, marketing, or customer success (SaaS or tech industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Asana, CRM (e.g., hubspot), and spreadsheets.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
  • Analytical mindset; ability to measure success through KPIs and data.
  • Understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and marketplaces.
  • Prior experience in partner marketing or sales enablement.
