Role Summary

You’ll operate as an internal consultant: diagnosing organizational challenges, working backward from business goals, shaping structural improvements, enabling leaders, and driving initiatives that elevate innovation, capacity, morale and capability across teams. You’ll work closely with the Leadership team and CEO across multiple functional areas for enabling us to be a market leader SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Organizational Strategy & Structure
    1. Work backward from company and departmental goals to identify the org structures, systems, and workflows needed to achieve them.
    2. Conduct org-wide assessments to highlight capability gaps, structural inefficiencies, or misalignments.
    3. Recommend changes to team design, roles, processes, or decision-making channels to drive agility and performance.
  2. Leadership Enablement
    1. Act as a thought partner to functional heads on organizational effectiveness.
    2. Facilitate strategic discussions to help leaders clarify priorities, align teams, and remove blockers.
    3. Build frameworks and decision-making tools that make it easier for leaders to execute.
  3. Culture & Morale Enhancement
    1. Diagnose root causes behind dips in morale, collaboration, or engagement.
    2. Bring forward creative, research-backed ideas to strengthen team energy, recognition, culture, and belonging.
    3. Help design and run morale-boosting initiatives and rituals that genuinely move the needle (not gimmicks).
  4. Capacity & Capability Building
    1. Assess organizational capability and execution bandwidth across functions.
    2. Develop recommendations on upskilling, structural redesign, or resource planning.
    3. Partner with training and functional leaders to ensure the organization’s talent and skills evolve with the business.
  5. Internal Consulting & Problem Solving
    1. Lead deep-dive analyses into organizational issues, collect data, synthesize insights, and present solutions with strong reasoning.
    2. Run targeted projects that require a mix of analytical thinking, people understanding, and strategic facilitation.
    3. Influence stakeholders through crisp communication and structured thinking.

Who You Are

  2. A structured problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills.
  3. Must have a strong analytical background ie strong in any of maths/sciences/engineering 
  4. A natural enabler who enjoys helping others succeed.
  5. Curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  6. Passionate about organizational health, culture, and effectiveness.
  7. Capable of picking up domains and knowledge while drinking through the firehose eg, you’re able to deep dive over a weekend on Digital Marketing analytics in order to audit causes of shortcomings, and then a few weeks later do the same for Sandler model in Sales to audit the Sales team’s calls.

Experience

  1. 3–7 years in multiple domains ie, organizational development, strategy, or a hybrid business role.
  2. Prior exposure to org design, people strategy, or company-wide projects is a plus.
  3. Experience of working with top consulting firms or similar environments is a plus but not needed.
