7Vals is seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator to own, manage, and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem across Marketing, Service and Sales Hubs. You will be the primary technical owner, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and the flawless execution of all operational workflows in HubSpot. Your core focus will be maintaining system health, managing configurations, troubleshooting integrations, and providing expert user support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing HS as the single source of truth, capable of deep insights into our ICP and overall health of our Sales, Marketing and CSM team through the Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs.
- Serve as the system gatekeeper, managing user access, roles, permissions, and security settings according to company policy.
- Implement and execute data cleanliness and governance protocols ensuring high data accuracy and reliability across all objects, reports and insights being drawn from them..
- Build and manage automated workflows and technical processes to support Sales, Marketing, and CSM team requirements (e.g., campaign execution, deal automation, customer onboarding).
- Maintain the performance and health of all third-party integrations connected to HubSpot (e.g., Zendesk, Slack, product analytics, etc.).
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for new integrations, troubleshooting and resolving sync errors, data mismatches, and integration failures.
- Assist in ensuring the data required for performance reports (e.g., attribution, campaign tracking) is correctly captured and stored within the platform.
- Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on HubSpot tools, new features, and best practices to drive user adoption and self-service proficiency.
- Stay abreast of new Hubspot features and regularly attend all online Hubspot events (HUGs)
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a dedicated HubSpot Administrator or CRM Specialist.
- Deep, working knowledge across multiple HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success), including advanced functionality like Custom Objects, calculated properties, and API fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage complex data structures, troubleshoot integration issues, and understand fundamental web technologies (HTML/CSS for template maintenance is a plus).
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements and operational flowcharts into technical configurations within the HubSpot platform.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on resolving technical issues and maintaining system health.
