Role Overview

As an Associate AI Operations Product Manager, you’ll support the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI features. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate AI outputs, run structured tests, and help improve accuracy and consistency across AI-powered workflows.

This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role that blends product thinking, AI quality testing, and operational execution. You won’t be expected to design models—but you will learn how AI systems behave and help ensure they work well for real users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Classify AI errors (hallucinations, retrieval issues, formatting errors, etc.).
  • Execute regression tests using predefined scenarios and check expected vs actual outputs.
  • Help maintain test cases, scenarios, and AI quality documentation.
  • Assist in running prompt experiments and documenting results.
  • Work with senior PMs and engineers to report issues and suggest improvements.
  • Track AI quality trends, regressions, and recurring problem areas.
  • Support monitoring of AI performance and drift over time.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in Product, QA, Data, Engineering, or related roles
  •  (internships, projects, or academic work count).
  • A Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, Data Sciences, AI, or a similar engineering discipline.
  • Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills (English and Urdu).
  • Basic understanding of AI models
  • Experience with structured testing, validation, or scenario-based evaluation.
  • Comfortable working with engineers and technical concepts (APIs, data flows).

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to product management and analysis 
  • Hands-on experience with prompt writing or prompt testing.
  • Exposure to RAG pipelines, vector databases, or model evaluation.
  • Background in QA, ITSM, ITAM, or B2B SaaS tools.
  • Coursework or projects in AI, ML, data science, or NLP.
  • Startup, internship, or fast-paced product team experience.
