What you’ll be doing on the team as Product Marketing Manager:

1. ICP Strategy and Targeting 

  • Refine ICP frameworks across enterprise IT/ equipment management
  • Align targeting strategy with highest LTV segments
  • Partner with the GTM execution teams  to ensure paid, organic, outbound, and content efforts attract high fit accounts based on ICP research
  • Continuously evaluate pipeline quality and adjust messaging and targeting accordingly
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate ICP research, account insight synthesis, and persona based messaging development

2. Go to Market Strategy

  • Support market plans for product launches, vertical expansion, and pricing plays
  • Partner with Sales and Product to ensure clear articulation of value for larger, more complex accounts

3. Revenue and Deal Growth

  • Drive growth in median deal size through improved packaging, positioning, and use case expansion
  • Support pricing and packaging strategies based on customer value realization
  • Analyze deal trends and identify messaging gaps impacting ACV

4. Demand Generation Optimization

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen to refine messaging for higher intent acquisition
  • Improve MQL to SQL conversion through better problem solution clarity
  • Optimize campaign narratives around trust, compliance, operational control, and ROI
  • Partner on experiments that reflect channel shifts, including emerging discovery behavior influenced by LLMs, while keeping messaging consistent across the funnel

5. Sales Enablement and Competitive Strategy

  • Develop industry specific battlecards against key IT competitors such as Flexera, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Oomnitza, Torii, and Reftab 
  • Create vertical specific pitch decks and value narratives for Sales team
  • Equip AEs and Sales Engineers to confidently handle enterprise objections
  • Use AI tools to maintain faster competitive updates, talk track iterations, and enablement refresh cycles

6. Market Intelligence and Positioning

  • Monitor category evolution across ITAM and ITSM
  • Identify whitespace positioning opportunities
  • Incorporate AI accelerated research and insight synthesis to move from observation to action faster
  • Work with Content, Brand and PR to improve visibility on high intent buyer channels 

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

  • 2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • Experience owning ICP strategy and GTM alignment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience influencing pricing, packaging, or deal growth strategies
  • Proven record of impacting revenue metrics
  • Comfort using AI and LLM tools to accelerate research, analysis, content enablement, and GTM execution depth
  • Ability to work cross functionally across Product, Sales, and Demand
  • Strong analytical capability with comfort in revenue and cohort data
  • Marketing degree with preference to an analytics background
