Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling designs across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will:

  1. Own Off Page and Campaign Design Execution across: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, G2,Capterra, and other listing sites
  2. Create digital marketing materials for display ad campaigns, email marketing and downloadable assets
  3. Create templates for AI driven content visualization, thumbnails, motion ready static assets
  4. Collaborate with internal team and freelancers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines 
  5. Standardize design formats and contribute to evolving brand manual 
  6. Maintain typography, layout, and color consistency aligned with brand strategy
  7. Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, visual exploration, and production
  8. Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to support fast campaign rollouts
  9. Ensure production ready files are optimized for digital performance

Required Qualifications

The candidate should have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
  2. 2 to 4 plus years of digital design experience, preferably in SaaS
  3. Proven experience designing for LinkedIn campaigns, paid ads, and digital growth marketing
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, digital branding, and scalable template systems
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects (preferred)
  6. Experience with motion ready assets and basic animation workflows
  7. Working knowledge of AI design tools and comfort using LLM powered workflows
  8. Strong understanding of typography, composition, and digital performance design
