Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling designs across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will:
- Own Off Page and Campaign Design Execution across: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, G2,Capterra, and other listing sites
- Create digital marketing materials for display ad campaigns, email marketing and downloadable assets
- Create templates for AI driven content visualization, thumbnails, motion ready static assets
- Collaborate with internal team and freelancers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines
- Standardize design formats and contribute to evolving brand manual
- Maintain typography, layout, and color consistency aligned with brand strategy
- Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, visual exploration, and production
- Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to support fast campaign rollouts
- Ensure production ready files are optimized for digital performance
Required Qualifications
The candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 plus years of digital design experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience designing for LinkedIn campaigns, paid ads, and digital growth marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, digital branding, and scalable template systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects (preferred)
- Experience with motion ready assets and basic animation workflows
- Working knowledge of AI design tools and comfort using LLM powered workflows
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and digital performance design
