Role Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Team Lead to drive UX strategy and guide the design of complex product workflows. You will mentor designers, work closely with Product leadership, and ensure our products deliver clear, scalable, user-centered experiences. This role helps define how key product workflows should work across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the UX vision and strategy across products
  • Lead UX initiatives and mentor designers
  • Translate customer workflows and user needs into clear product experiences
  • Guide the design of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Define interaction models and workflows for key product features
  • Lead user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system
  • Use product data, insights, and user feedback to improve usability
  • Ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years experience in UX/UI design
  • Experience leading or mentoring designers
  • Strong expertise with Figma and Adobe design tools
  • Ability to design complex workflows, interaction patterns, and information architecture
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems
  • Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or workflow-heavy software
  • Strong visual design judgment and attention to detail
  • Experience using data, analytics, or user insights to guide UX decisions
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills working with engineers and product leaders
  • Awareness of competitor products and evolving UX practices
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex workflow or product UX case studies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field

  • Experience with Jobs-to-Be-Done frameworks
  • Experience conducting UX research or usability testing
  • Experience using product analytics
