Sales Intern

The core job will be tender hunting and submissions: finding relevant RFPs daily, tracking deadlines, and supporting the application process end-to-end.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor EU/UK public procurement portals and relevant channels daily
  • Identify relevant ITAM/ITSM/asset-management tenders and log them in a tracker (source, deadline, scope, requirements)
  • Share shortlisted opportunities with the Sales Manager and support bid/no-bid prep
  • Support submissions: compile required documents, complete forms, coordinate internal inputs, and ensure on-time submission
  • Maintain a clean archive of submitted bids and outcomes

What we are looking for:

  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through on deadlines
  • Proactive, comfortable with research-heavy work, and genuinely enjoys “hunting”
  • Basic commercial sense (can quickly tell what’s relevant vs noise)
