Senior Associate Product Marketing

Role purpose
The Senior Associate Product Marketing works on the same operating framework as a Strategic PMM. The role is expected to understand the market, customer, competition, product, funnel, and commercial context, then translate that understanding into decisions and execution that improve business outcomes. The difference is not the standard of product marketing fundamentals or the metric framework. The difference is the breadth of scope, the level of ambiguity handled independently, the authority to set product direction, and the degree of executive influence expected.
A Senior Associate owns defined product marketing workstreams and can independently take a problem from insight through recommendation, activation, and measurement. A Strategic PMM owns the full product marketing strategy for a product, sets priorities across competing problems, and is accountable for the overall strategic system.
